"Everybody was very friendly (manager was very often at the reception and helped the guests). Our room was nearby the second pool - nothing fancy but a lot of space incl. a veranda - everything was clean (daily cleaning). The food was very good and varied - even for my vegatarian daughter - the dishes and cutlery were sometimes a little bit dirty (you could see, that they were handling a lot of guests). 2 Pools, public beach (with possibility to rent umbrellas und beds) was right outside the...

"Very nice property, new. Complimentary bottle of wine was very pleasing. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was good. Parking was easy and convenient. "

"The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving. The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."
