Guest Access
During their stay, guests have exclusive access to the entire Apartment 2 in the Punkt XII e.V. seminar house

This includes all five bedrooms, the shared living and dining area with a small kitchen, the bathroom, the separate bathroom, and the balcony with seating.

The converted attic, accessible via a staircase in the large shared bedroom, is also fully available.

Outside, the fire pit and seating areas in the garden are available for free use—perfect for relaxing evenings in nature.

In addition, there is an information area in the hallway with flyers and tips about the region.

The seminar house’s professional kitchen, as well as other rooms, can be used by prior arrangement and upon request, especially for seminars or group stays.

Additional Important Information
The seminar house is located in the charming, quiet village of Oberrimbach, surrounded by a hilly landscape of forests and meadows.
Via the nearby A3 highway, you can easily reach the nearest major cities—Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg—in less than an hour.
Within walking distance of the house lies the Steigerwald, which, with its numerous trails, invites you to go hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
