Country house for 10 guests in the old town of Burgohondo (Ávila), in the Alberche Valley. Newly built using traditional local materials such as stone, it offers around 200 m² across four floors.



Ground floor: spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kitchenware) with a dining area, and a 25 m² terrace.

First floor: three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Attic: two bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms.

Lower ground floor: games room with a table tennis table and board games, a toilet, and access to a private patio with a barbecue.



A total of 5 bedrooms (2 double beds and 6 single beds), all with private bathrooms. Bed linen and towels included. Heating. Pets welcome. Smoking is not permitted.



Surroundings: Burgohondo is a quiet village with all amenities a few minutes' walk away: bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Highlights include its 12th-century Romanesque abbey, famous peaches and natural river pools. Nearby Navaluenga offers a golf course and swimming spots in the river and El Burguillo reservoir. The city of Ávila is around 34 km away. Ideal for hiking, families and groups of friends.



Security deposit: the owner requires a deposit on arrival, refunded on departure if there is no damage.
