We paid a bit more at the front desk to get a room facing a side street. Around 1 AM, we were woken up to the strong odor of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom exhaust. My husband immediately went to the reception desk to report the issue. Mattias took action and placed us in a better room. We were pleased and enjoyed our stay even more. "
