About this property

Holiday Apartment 1 at the Organic Farm

  • Our Holiday Apartment 1 is a loft apartment with two bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV. It is suitable for two to four people; additionally, the living room and gallery offer sofa beds for up to four more guests – in total, up to eight people can stay. A baby cot can be placed in the large bedroom. The compact but cozy bathroom features two sinks, a toilet, washing machine, and a walk-in shower; a separate guest toilet is also available. The open living and dining area offers a sofa bed, TV, large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Two balconies invite you to sunbathe or smoke. The apartment has tiled or real wood parquet flooring. Smoking and wearing street shoes are not permitted inside the apartment.

    Wir sind ein Biobetrieb mit Anbau, Veredlung und Vermarktung. Wolfgang Pfister (Anbau und Veredlung), Martin Pfister (Marketing und Vertrieb) und Markus Pfister. Bis zum Jahre 2006 wurde der Betrieb im Nebenerwerb auf konventionelle Weise bewirtschaftet. Die bis dato gemachten Feldversuche Richtung Bio-Anbau waren recht erfolgreich. Diese Ergebnisse und weitere Überlegungen führten zum Entschluss, den kompletten Betrieb auf biologische Wirtschaftsweise umzustellen. Dies geschah zum 01.01.2007. Gleichzeitig traten wir dem Bioland - Landesverband Baden- Württemberg bei. Parallel mit der Umstellung wurde Stück für Stück die Direktvermarktung mitaufgebaut. Da der Verkaufsraum im elterlichen Haus schnell zu klein wurde, begannen wir nach größeren Räumlichkeiten Ausschau zu halten. Seit 2014 befindet sich der Hofladen mit Lagerfläche am jetzigen Standort, an dem Martin Pfister die Wünsche der Kunden erfüllt. Zu unserem Anbausortiment gehören die berühmten ZOLLERNALB LINSEN, alte Getreidearten wie Emmer, Einkorn und Dinkel (Sorte Oberkulmer Rotkorn), sowie Ölsaaten wie Lein, Leindotter oder Hanf aus denen wir mit unserer hauseigenen Ölpresse hochwertiges Speiseöl herstellen. Dies geschieht in kleinen Chargen, damit Sie stets auf frischgepresstes Speiseöl zugreifen können. Um die Vielfalt von selbst angebauten Produkten zu erweitern, führt Wolfgang Pfister immer wieder Anbauversuche mit verschiedensten Kulturen durch.
