Welcome to an elevated experience- located just a short distance off of interstate 84.
In a beautiful quiet and friendly neighborhood. This unique modern home includes three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A private fenced backyard
with a beautiful deck with patio furniture. This deck also includes a cozy fire pit for bringing in the evening.

A short 1 1/2 mile drive down the road to a Maverick Gas station and the Burley Airport

Note: This home is located in a neighborhood across the street from the famous Snake River -you will be able to view the river when standing in front of the home.

There is a locked owner's closet in the hallway, and two locked cupboards next to the washer and dryer and a locked cabinet in the garage.
Please do not try to access any of these doors during your stay.
There are two parking spots in the driveway and one parking spot directly in front of the townhome on the side of the road.
