    This private, first-floor 1-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a cozy full futon in the living room. There is also a comfy couch to sleep on as well. Step inside through your own private first-floor entrance to the dining room—perfect for kicking off your shoes and hanging jackets, and relaxing at the kitchen table. Settle into the well-lit and inviting living space, complete with comfortable seating and a smart Roku TV.

This new property listing’s chiefest assets are its location, being close to the lake, park, and downtown shopping/dining areas. The posted photos are accurate for this cozy, charming & whimsically appointed apartment. The bath, kitchen & dining areas were extremely comfortable & well-supplied (though we didn’t do any cooking). The living room & bedroom were comfortable, too, though chair cushions & mattress were on the “soft” side. Another huge plus, at least for us, was the off-street parking right next to the door, convenient especially for those with accessibility/mobility issues. All-in-all, a perfectly acceptable place in which to hang one’s hat on a visit to beautiful downtown Burlington.

I rented the apartment for a visit with my brother. I especially enjoyed the cleanliness, the location with access to the coop and to downtown. I found the neighborhood comfortable for evening walks, and founf the deep hot baths relaxing and the modern kitchen well equipped for my need to prepare some of my own dishes for dietary reasons.
