Property was neat and clean and recently updated. Breakfast was grab and go and decent. We are not big breakfast eaters so it as fine just for something to hold us over coffee and a quick bite. The room was clean and spacious. One in our party is in a wheelchair and the room was spacious and accessible as promised in room description. Hotel staff was friendly and always present at front desk and even texted to make sure our stay was pleasant. We were close to UVM and attended accepted student day. Close to shopping and restaurants and on main highway but safe and quiet in the evenings. Good parking and well lit area. 10/10 recommend and we already plan to stay here again next time we are in town.

Positive: Recently renovated, very nice/new look. Parking and easy access. University and center city are within walking distance. Close to major Interstate. Negative: Mostly unique to this particular timeframe, not general comments, and included fire alarm evacuation and temporary loss of wifi. No food in hotel minor issue but food available within walking distance.
