Private En Suite Large Master Bedroom With King Sized Bed

This is the Master Bedroom with en suite full bath in a private home . The owners are onsite with their own separate entrance. Guests and Owners use their own entrances.
The Doors to each of entrances are kept locked. Guests are given their own key.

The Door from the hallway into the Master Bedroom and the sliding door onto the private deck both can be locked from the inside.

The Owner's Bedroom in the North West corner is as far from the Guest Quarters in the South East Corner corner of the house as possible and there are additional sliding doors between the guest hall and the remaining parts of the home. The space is private/ quiet /safe/and secure.

There is off street parking only in the driveway and just steps from the well lit entrance to the front door.

We are in walking distance to the Burlington Marketplace Downtown shopping area, The University of Vermont , Champlain College, and Lake Champlain Waterfront...
( 1/2 mile walk to Burlington Ferry To Port Kent NY to connect with NYC Montreal AmTrack May to September)
Ten Minutes drive to/from Burlington Airport. 90 minute drive to/from Montreal Canada. Uber and Taxis available.

The room has a KING BED, flat screen 32 inch tv, premium Comcast cable/streaming Roku 3, WiFI.

Access directly from the room to private outdoor deck as second egress. Sunset and Lake Views.

Towels and bed linen are provided.

This is no smoking/vaping anywhere inside or outside of our property.

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting our college student! We could walk to their dorm, go for a run, enjoy our morning coffee on the private patio and glimpse the lake through the beautiful garden. The property owners were very welcoming and gracious. Their home is lovely and on a quiet residential street. The bed and bath linens were luxurious and there was ample closet storage for us to store our suitcase and hang our raincoats. We hope to come back soon!

Owners's home. Stay in suite with private shower and sink, access via sliding doors to nice patio on the west side with distant lake view. Very nice and communicative hosts. Appreciate the hospitality. No access to kitchen/coffee etc, more like a hotel room within a house, but relatively affordable and very close to UVM campus, short walk to our son's dorm.

bill and woodie were nice hosts and very communicative. the room was clean and a good size. however, the air conditioning was turned off in the middle of the night both nights we were there, and we both got bad sleep because the room got very hot without AC. the location is very peaceful, but it is at the top of a big hill and a bit of a hike to get back from downtown if you're walking.

Quite, quaint ensuite room, and private deck.

We were in town for a special Birthday & Anniversary party. Our flights were delayed/cancelled and Woodie & Bill were very attentive to all the last minute changes. We appreciated the quiet, private, quaint space with beautiful outdoors. We will be back!

Four Night Stay in Burlington

The en suite room was just as described and met our needs perfectly. The location was within walking distance of Church Street and surrounding shops/restaurants. The hosts were very pleasant and the on-site parking was very convenient. A very enjoyable stay!

Very well maintained unit located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This was our first time staying in a VRBO where the owners were on the property. However, the owners were very considerate of our privacy and made sure the unit was cooled properly during the extremely warm VT days. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay

Room was clean and neat. Spacious enough for what we needed. Access was easy. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing lacking it would be nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning.

Lovely stay in the most beautiful part of Burlington.

Bill and Woodie were excellent hosts, communicating with us in advance of our stay and available during our time in their comfortable accommodations. The home is at one of the highest points in Burlington, with bucolic trees and gardens on the cul de sac. Our morning walks in the area were incredible. There were plenty of towels, cotton sheets and a beautiful patio outside the room.

Great place

Beautiful house in a very nice location with very friendly hosts. We came up to move our daughter out of UVM dorm and then we used it as our jumping off point to Shelburn and, of course, downtown Burlington. We arrived on the later side and our host offered to drive me downtown to meet my wife so that we would not miss our dinner reservations. The space is very clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are amazing!

Bill and Woodie were lovely, and communication was ideal. The room is large with an extremely comfy bed, and pretty outside area. I was on foot so it was a bit of a trek but, I knew that before going, anyway was kind enough to drop me off once and would have again if I'd asked Im sure

Wonderful place

The home is in a very lovely neighborhood less than a mile from downtown with its open air mall and many restaurants. It’s also easy to access highways to other parts of the beautiful state of Vermont. The home owners were really responsive from the time of our booking to the day of our reservation. Upon our arrival we were met by one of the owners to explain the room and to offer us access to a gorgeous deck with a view of Lake Champlain. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We rate it among the best experiences we have had with by owner rentals and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Cozy Comfort Under the Locust Tree

These accommodations were extremely comfortable, quiet, and conveniently close to Burlington’s downtown & waterfront areas. We felt as if we were in a luxury hotel. Access to an outdoor deck area provided cooling shade from a truly glorious golden locust that overhung the house, as well as beautiful views of downtown rooftops & Lake Champlain beyond. A “cozy” bathroom & shower arrangement, but everything was immaculately clean, and well-appointed. We’d gladly return if we were ever in the area, again.

Great place- would recommend!

So happy we stayed here! Check-in was a breeze, large room and bathroom; was very clean. Felt very private even though Woody and Bill were on site, because of our separate entrances. They were very helpful when we had questions which was very much appreciated. The location was great- close to downtown; we used uber a couple of times and didn't have any issues. The only thing that I could think to make it even better was to have a small fridge for water or leftovers; but since they were upfront on their house rules we planned accordingly. Would definitely stay again, if we make it back to Burlington.
