Theres no elevators and for people in wheelchairs they wont switch to the forst floor and our key cards didnt work 3 times we had 3 rooms 1 room the water was cold never got warm other room the bathroom light wouldnt turn off no do not disturb signs for house keeping when trying to take a nap breakfast ...

I only give it a 4 because of how old the place was. It could use some renovations. Other than that, the place was super clean. Check-in was quick. Cant really complain too much because the price was incredible. I would here stay again

Great spot! The pool , games , setup were great for a large group! Fast response time for Hottub issue- within minutes someone was there and it was fixed ! Would definitely rent it again. Beds were comfortable as well and fully stocked kitchen

The house was very clean and comfortable for my family! We enjoyed the ping pong table and had local family over for dinner and everyone had plenty of space and everyone loved it. The view of the lake is so pretty and serene, great vacation getaway.
