We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto. The service provided by the entire team was outstanding, from the welcoming receptionists to the attentive waitstaff. Every single staff member went above and beyond. On top of that, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was incredibly pleasant and sophisticated, and the valet parking service was flawless and efficient. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
