"Home is exactly as advertised! It is beautiful, peaceful, private, calming, etc...Everything you need is exists. If you are into fishing, you will be pleased. Nice sunfish, small mouth bass and large mouth bass!Also, fall foliage was at its best!As for our host, Alex was amazing! Answered all my questions, followed up on communications and made sure everything we needed was there. And most importantly, wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Could not ask for more.Thank you so much for allowing us the use of your home."

"We came to Hayward for the Chequamegon Mountain Bike Festival and are so happy we found The Cabin. The Cabin is its own little paradise in the woods! It is extremely clean, comfortable and the owners have taken care to provide all of the little extras that will make your stay special including ingredients for s'mores to be used at the firepit and snacks for kids and adults alike. There are kayaks and water toys available for outdoor activities and a well-stocked game room for family fun. Everything about The Cabin is family friendly. The loft includes bunkbeds and fun toys for kids. We enjoyed a walk in the forest neighborhood, relaxing by the lake and exploring downtown Hayward. The Cabin was the highlight of our trip!"

"We really enjoyed our time at the Hayward Cabin! Lots of fish were caught - our 5 year old grandson was so excited to catch SOOOO many fish. The home and outdoor space was perfect for our extended family.The only reason "how accurate was the property listing" was was lower was because the photos didn't begin to show the extent of the hanging taxidermy animals (we had lots of explaining to do with the 2 grandkids).Thanks Dave we had a wonderful time at your cabin.Ann"

"Host responded promptly to our needs ; very friendly. There were no shortage of towels and beddings in this rental which is a plus. I loved the stove particularly the flat top in the middle - very convenient for cooking pancakes and eggs; loved the washer/dryer.The rental has a paddle board among other stuff; daughter very much enjoyed paddle boarding. Thank you for that."
