Riverside Ranch

Relax with the whole family at our Riverside Ranch. A private property with public Murray River access. The home has been designed with 4 bedrooms to one end sleeping 13 people and an owners quarters to the other end, all fully self-contained offering a 4 bedroom home for our guest. The access to the Murray River is via a scenic and tranquil walking trail through native bush-land and is conveniently located to local amenities including supermarket, cafe and only minutes from the Mildura CBD.

Our Riverside Ranch is a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with full property use. There is a connected 2 bedroom apartment this is used by the property owner, on occasions, however although the properties are touching, there is no shared facilities or access between the two. The configuration of Riverside Ranch is as follows:

•Master Bedroom 1: King Bed and Ensuite (sleeps 2)
•Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
•Bedroom 3: Double Bed and single bed bunk with Set of single bed Bunks (sleeps 5)

The house sounded like we were going to fall through the floors inside. The outside balcony wood is all broken. Me and my son almost fell where the wood is snapped off. It's worth 200 max not 1600 for 2 nights. The river ain't connected to back of house it's about 800 metres down a dirt road. Also five acres of bush
Balcony also has one wood piece that's not drilled down. Kids will break legs or worse
Pipe snapped when balcony almost collapsed
Wood snapped while we were just standing there
