"Nice place, lots of space inside and out! Well stocked kitchen and lots of toys for the lake. Not a great swimming area but we were able to use floaties. I would definitely stay here again."

"These cute cabins were perfect for our group. We had 6 adults and 3 under 3. The shallow water out 50 yards from shore is perfect for littles to get comfortable in the water! We really appreciated the extra chairs for sitting around the campfire or on the dock. We also appreciated the firewood! We caught some nice fish just off shore where the water got deeper. It was great to have access to the canoe and row boat. Our kids said it was the best fish fry ever!"

"We have vacationed at many VRBO's and this cabin was by far one the best! You will lack for nothing in this extremely well appointed and furnished cabin. Just bring your family and friends (furry ones too!) and enjoy the spectacular view of North Star Lake from cabin or patio. The owners have thought of everything, so you can just enjoy your stay. The cabin is even bigger than the pictures represent as is the yard. Our dogs LOVED being able to wander the yard and get lots of sniffs and zoomies. There are no nearby neighbors so your privacy is guaranteed. The pool table was a huge hit with our boys as was the yard where they could toss the football and play yard games. Beds, bedding, furniture were very comfortable and the couch/chair blankets were the coziest! Great bathrooms and full laundry room access made our stay very convenient and comfortable. Access to the lake is a bit of trek down a steep wooded path and several flights of stairs, so if you have any mobility challenges plan ahead. This is true for most properties on North Star Lake where steep lake banks are common. Trade off is sweeping views of the lake. We brought our own fishing boat so the dock with built in bumpers was greatly appreciated and easy to use. Owners provide two kayaks and a canoe for your use which is perfect for the bays you have access to, but as we had our own boat never used. Hosts are very good with communication and extremely accommodating. A great place to vacation in Marcell area!"

"This is a great space for a family get away with a large, open indoor area and room to sleep 10. Right out the back door is a walk out patio overlooking a small private beach, dock, boat, a floating dock with a slide and more! The host was easy to get a hold of and was very helpful. He was great to work with!"

"Property was the perfect cabin experience! Our family enjoyed our stay as well as our dog! It is right on the water, which made it perfect for boating, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming. We appreciated the amenities of a full kitchen, fridge, and washer/dryer. My favorite was the porch where we hung out to play games, share meals, and watch the beautiful sun sets."
