Rooms were clean, however spa area was not. It smelled bad and was dank. Did not use gym or spa facilities because of this. Breakfast was good though.

The property itself is excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is very far from Bursa’s attractions even if you have car you will feel it. The spa service is on reservation which doesn’t make sense. The massager guy is only available for limited time which doesn’t match with their time table.

Bad experience and won’t go back
I had a really bad experience in this hotel. All the front desk staff are really rude and useless. We had to spend first night at the building cross street and it was awful. No water and internet. Next morning we moved to main building. Overall experience wasn’t good at all.

Great staff. Very welcoming. I wish they where more kid friendly. The location is not very great as the area is full of young university students. Also not fully developed yet. Far away from local transportation, malls, attractions and parks.

otel konum itibari ile güzel bir yerde, merkeze uzak ama uludağa çok yakın, otelin iç teizliği güzel, odalar temiz, açık büfe kahvaltısı güzel, personel ilgili,aile oteli, sadece yatakları pek rahat değildi ama evdeki yataga alışdığımız için bize böyle gelmişde olabilir. uludağa gitmek isteyenler bu oteli kullanabilir
