Genel anlamda hizmetten memnun kalsak da etrafındaki diğer otellerle kıyaslandığında nilüfer bölgedesindeki diğer oteller de tercih edilebilir; bu hizmet ve temizlik konforunda belki daha iyisi sağlanır. Temizlik, oda servisi aksamadan ilerledi. Genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı seçenek azdı lakin bu kadar müsrifliğin olduğu ülkemizde en ideal olanı da buydu. Çok kötü bir deneyim.

İş için sıklıkla seyahat eden birisiyim bu kadar kötü bir deneyim uzun süre yaşamadım. Otele ilk girişte ödemeyi anında alıyorlar normalde her halde otelin hizmetini görünce kaçmasınlar diye. Odaların dış kaplaması cam olduğu için çok sıcak klima iyi çalışmıyor tüm gün açık bırakmama rağmen oda 24 derece civarındaydı. Minibar çalışmıyor içindeki yiyecekler sıcaktan erimiş su hamam gibi. Otel konsept gereği alkol satmıyormuş (!). Halı kaplı odada ağır bir koku var. Muhit çok tehna. Kahvaltısındaki ürünler çok vasat ve kalitrsiz. Personel son derece deneyimsiz muhtemel çoğu daha öğrenci. Kısacasıelle tutulur tek bir tarafı yok. Ramada adına yakışmayan bir otel olmuş. Bir daha asla konaklamam,

Halal Hotel!

Unfortunately I did not notice any info during my reservation at Expedia web otherwise I wouldn't prefer it because the islamist mentality do not let you to have an alcoholic drink in your room or elsewhere. There is no alcohol in the fridge. You have to go to the street and buy yourself whatever you prefer like I did. Funny but only government friendly tv channels were on although there is a satellite dish. They blocked and offered the channels they wish. Considering my complaints about their islamist alcohol policy and my insists, the technician came and turned on the world channels but "accidentally"not the government opposing ones! In the very near future I shall have foreign visitors to Bursa and I shall not advise them to stop at that place. In the corner there is a beautiful place to eat local meat balls. That place is operating since 1965. They also do not have alcohol service but that restaurant is mainly for lunches although they are open for dinner. A friendly decent place for local food.
