"In general, the hotel is OK. It is well located for a business trip, close to the main axis, on the peripheral of Bursa. Unfortunately the spa was in repairing. We took the breakfast, which was just correct. Positive : room and bathroom are confortable, bed is correct, no noise from outside, god rate. Negative : Heating is crazy too high (25°C without possibility to decrease it ! I had to open the window), Noise from the neighbours during the all night."

"The facility was extremely clean and all utilities from bathroom to air conditioning worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and very courteous. The only dining option, full breakfast, included with our room was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone who visits Bursa and wants to take advantage of the thermal baths in the surrounding area."

"Good value for your money, next to a park. The room was nice. The 24/7 outdoor/indoor pool at the hotel was very nice as well. Staff is friendly though if you don't speak Turkish a translator might come in handy. Not many dining options near the hotel, though the kebab restaurant next to the hotel was excellent. "

"We had lovely stay at this hotel . Staff was tlvery nice especially the night staff. They helped me to oder the food and delivery which was super nice. Breakfast was topnotch , manager was very accommodating, place was clean . Only thing could have been better is noise isolation from outside. But full marks to the staff .
