For shared use: natural state property 11'000 m2. Barbecue, bathing jetty. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 with trees, meadow. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Rowing boat (on request), parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 1.3 km, railway station "Smålandsstenar" 8 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 10 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km, lake Fegen 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 40 km, ski lift 40 km, fishing possibilities 200 m. Nearby attractions: Fritidsaktiviteter Isaberg 40 km, Gekås 45 km. Please note: fishing [permit required] (extra).

Bright, cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. 1 open room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Entrance hall with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 130 - 20 cm with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Freezer approx. 150 l. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
