Burwood Beach

Been back twice and would book again and again

Property is beautiful. I found the front desk staff not as friendly or helpful as the rest of the staff. Would have liked more food options as well. Some restaurants are closed on days so options are limited though food itself was very good. Had problems with air conditioning on the second day of our stay which was fixed relatively quickly and on the 3rd day the whole resort was without water for several hours.

The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.
