"Its a relatively new building, fitted out to just above Premier inn standard's. That said its very clean and the room was very large. Dinner was fine for the price, but choice was a bit limited and basic. The spa/pool was excellent - outstanding even."

Heritage Grange At Thurston

3.0 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (304)
"I love staying here. The view from the lodge is great and staff are wonderful. My only issue this visit was the lack of light in the car park. We arrived in the dark and couldn’t really see to get luggage out of the car and needed to use a torch to get to our room, which was in an lodge (by choice) and not part of the main building. Other than that it was great!"

The Old Cannon Brewery

3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (296)
"Characterful place. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a pub/restaurant/mini brewery with rooms. Good cooked breakfasts. Only problem is you can't usually park close by but there's a cheap long-stay car park about 10 mins walk away, same for the town centre."
