"Excellent location, few minute walk to Haeundae Beach and lots of restaurants/cafes/comvience stores near by. Not far from Mipo Station for Sky Calsule & Beach Train rides - 30ish min walk. Room was clean and very luxurious. The full size fridge and spa bath were very nice features. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Will recommend to friends and hopefully visit again soon. "

Little details i appreciate: Tatami flooring that is heated Pillow is ergonomic friendly Bluetooth speaker that gives great vibe to the room The main door light sensor was a little off. It switched on and off with no reason. Check in and check out were quick and easy. They have DIY system. They have 2 buildings. Be sure to know which one your room is located"

The best part of the stay was the staff. General Manager Scarlet was so friendly and helpful. She was always smiling and helped us during check out with finding a taxi with all our luggage. "Excellent hub for staying in the Haeundae area. It’s a bit far from the attractions in central and west Busan but the area itself is lovely, ful of restaurants, and much closer to attractions like Blueline, Yonggusa temple, and nice beaches. "

While it can be switched to English display, it may not be fully comprehensive. Notably, the service contact app is exclusively in Korean, making phone or email more convenient for English communication. Service requests are responded to promptly. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Haeundae."
