The staff was just not welcoming. They acted as if I was an inconvenience and not a guest. The property is fine. It is very clean. The sauna is a nice perk. This could be a great place to stay, but it’s just very average.

We really LOVED this hotel. Very close to the beach like 5 mins walking. There are restaurants nearby. (but note that they are overly expensive, tourist price) Room was clean and spacious. The best part is they gave free sauna tickets for the hotel guests!!! Will definitely stay again.

I love this property!! This is the second time I have stayed here. This time we were stayed in the suite with 6 of us. It was a great room with 2 toilets, 2 sinks and a shower. There were 2 double beds and 2 twins and very spacious with a fridge and kettle. I also love that you can go to the spa here for free, as many times as you want. They have 3 hot tubs, a cold tub and 2 saunas. You can ask for a robe at the front desk to wear to the sauna. This hotel is also in an excellent area, only a 5 minute walk from the night market and many restaurants as well as the beach. If I go to Busan, I will stay here again!! Highly recommend. They also speak English which is an added bonus!!!

Disappointed in this hotel. Hall way and room were so warmer on a summer night. No shower towel provided; provided only very hand towels. How was this hotel get 8.0 out 10.0 rating?

Parking for this place can be very tricky. It is one of those rotating automated parking lot with an operator. Sometimes it can take a very very long time to get your car out.

Great Location
Haeundae is a pretty popular city filled with restaurants, bars and entertainment. This hotel is a great choice if you’re wanting to take part in all of those things, but still want a quiet area to retreat to when you’re done. It is within walking distance of the beach, aquarium, and main strip.

Under the present circumstances with restrictions, it was a comfortable stay for my 2 nights, good location and would look up hotel if I visit again! They may need to tell where exactly the access to the car Parking is being behind and in another building as can confuse on arrival as the front of hotel on the Busy Street, however it is across from the Hotel rear entrance so very close and accessable.

Rude staff. Room was in bad condition. And we even found a cockroach in the room and had to call front desk to have someone kill it.

Very clean and perfect location
The location was very good. They provided us a deluxe room with bathing tub that could hold for two people. Very clean. Car parking was available. Overall, very good experience. there was no ocean view from our room

Elevators and parking are long waits but great pla
Great location, the hotel is a little dated but well kept. The elevators and the elevator parking garage are long waits. Make sure to submit your parking ticket to get your car out of elevator parking garage early or you could wait 30min.

Good location and that's about it
We could not check in 15 minutes early! And the site said free-parking, but that is limited free parking. We had to park at a public parking lot and pay 15,000 won and walk 2 blocks to hotel. I found this hotel cheaper on expedia after I booked and sent to Hotels.com but never heard back from them. The difference was significant! This is ok last resort hotel for 1 or 2 nights.

Staff was very nice and helpful. One lady at the front desk even came out with us to get us a taxi and explained to him we where we wanted to go! Now that was service! And much appreciated! Wish I got here name, she worked the morning shift on the 10/23/2018. Even though I booked for two persons they left one bottle of water, one sponge, and the bed seemed to short. Most disappointing was the internet! I blog my trips and could barely post my pictures and videos! The sauna was nice but they have to do something about those tiles! Too hot to sit on for even a short while so I had to lay on the floor...

Booking somewhere else next time
When we entered the room, we noticed a dirty tissue on the sink which questioned how clean the room was. The layout was very weird. Right when we entered, we see a sink in front of us, a separate room for the toilet by the entrance, and a room for the shower in one corner. Not sure if it's all hotels in Korea or if it's just this hotel but we weren't able to make a call to a nearby store. The phone is only useful for making calls to the front desk or room service which I found to be odd. The front desk didn't seem to be too helpful. I asked the front desk lady about good places to eat nearby in perfect Korean and she didn't understand me until her coworker had to repeat what I said to her. Better off doing research on our own.

Good location, weird bathroom
Good location, walkable to the Haeundae beach and markets. Weird bathroom layout - separate shower, mirror/sink and toilet so you have to step out into the open after you shower to get your clothes and towel (no privacy). Would recommend this hotel for couples but it would be awkward to stay here with friends or family.

Front desk staff not able to communicate English well, Check in poor services no services for the luggage they don’t care anything eventually they are not busy at all but never offer any assistance just looking at us and stand only in the counter reception. Terrible stass
The front desk agent who assisted check in was terrible. No greeting no smile and looked like she was angry. I guess that’s the hotel standard. The room was spacious ans comfy.
