해변에서 약간 떨어진 위치에 있어 오히려 조용합니다. 하지만 걸어 다니기에 크게 무방하고요. 근처에 버스 정류장도 가깝고 편의점도 있어 여러모로 편했습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 간단한 조식도 제공해주어 좋았어요. 여러모로 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다.

직원분들 굉장히 친절하고 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다. 하지만 자금의 여유라 된다면 다른 곳을 고르세요. 모텔 느낌이며, 습하고, 지저분하고, 방음 잘되지 않고, 에어컨에서 뮬이 샙니다.

이 곳은 가지마세요. 차라리 근처 모텔을 가시기 바랍니다.

일단 프렌차이즈 호텔이라 믿고 그나마 모텔보다는 좋겠지 하고 예약을 했습니다. 재송동 근처 모텔을 이용하다가..W 나 프렌치코트나 등등...근데 역시 잘못 생각했습니다. 호텔 운영을 위해 대실하는 것은 이해를 합니다. 흡연자가 대실 할 수도 있지요... 금연자를 위한 환기나 배려가 전혀 없습니다. 실내 인테리어는 그 전에 모텔이였던 것 같습니다. 프렌차이즈 호텔 브랜드 계약하고 외형만 바꾼 느낌입니다. 예쁜 모텔보다 형편없습니다. 화장실에 환기팬을 안켜 놓을 수가 없습니다. 몇시간 있다가 자동으로 환기팬이 꺼지더군요. 일단 피곤해서 그냥 잤습니다. 다음날 아침 화장실에 들어갔는데...다른 객실에서 올라오는 담배냄새와 역한 구린내가 섞여서 났습니다. 토할 뻔 했습니다. 정말 최악이였습니다. 공기 유입을 막는 역류방지 환기장치도 아니고..그냥 계속 틀어놔야합니다. 그런 역한 냄새 안맡으려면...호텔스닷컴 차원에서도 숙박업소 중계만 할께 아니라 관리를 좀 해야 합니다.

출장 중 잘 쉬다가 갑니다

평소 출장 시 센텀시티나 해운대에서만 묵어보다가 이번에 기회가 되어 선택했습니다. 전체적으로 관리도 잘 되어있었고 방도 넓고 괜찮았어요. 다만 에어컨 소음이 있어서 약간의 불편함은 있었지만 조식까지 있어 만족합니다

괜찮은 가성비의 숙소고 출장자에게도 좋네요

인테리어공사 3일동안 집 대신에 브라운도트호텔 센텀점에 있었는데 나쁘지 않은 경험이었습니다. 출장을 가서 컴퓨터를 사용하거나 책상을 사용해야 하는 경우에 무리없이 작업할 수 있는 환경이었고, 숙박 첫 날에는 이불이 세탁되지 않았던 게 마이너스였지만 2, 3일째는 깨끗한 이불이 매일 교체되었고 매일 물과 새 수건을 계속 주셔서 만족했습니다. 아침에 식빵과 커피 무료인점과 목욕가운을 제공한다는 점도 좋았고 주변환경도 바로 옆이 아파트 단지고 세븐일레븐이 걸어서 1분거리, 센텀역이 5분거리라 교통이나 치안, 먹거리 확보 측면에서 우수하고가격도 합리적인 숙소인 듯 합니다. 19년에 새로생긴 건물이라 인테리어도 괜찮고 숙박하는 동안 이상한 사람이나 시끄러운 사람이 없어서 좋았습니다.

후기입니다

객실 내부가 굉장히 깔끔했고 저렴한 가격에 비해 호텔같은 느낌이있어 출장기간동안 만족하고 지냈습니다. 이용하지는 않았지만 조식서비스도 있는듯하고 차량 주차타워에 체크아웃10분 전 연락하면 미리 차를 빼주는 등 서비스부분이 좋았습니다. 다만 매일 하우스키핑이라고 하여 예약을 했는데 언급하지 않으면 따로 정리를 안해주시는듯하여 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 여분의 물과 수건 등 필요한 물품은 따로 요청하여 사용했기 때문에 불편함은 없었습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족하는 곳이었으며 추후 여행이나 근처 출장 시 다시 방문의사 있습니다:)!!
