The location of this hotel is great- close to Seomyeon restaurants and bars, as well as shopping and the metro lines. The room was spacious and clean and although we had issues with the toilet being blocked it was resolved pretty quickly. The hotel has started offering breakfast which is kind but to be honest there was just a pile of bread and 2 broken toasters, with a coffee machine that didn’t seem to work so don’t base your decision on the breakfast!

No cab drivers even knew where the hotel was. Its a no name hotel in a dirty side alley. Had i known i would have just paud double or triple the price astaff who spoke english and hotel with amenities, room service etc.

I liked the kindness that they stored my baggabe for a week for free when I traveled to pther countries. The staff responses were so quick and kind. Breakfast was not good. Not much to eat, nobody seem to manage it. Need to repair heating system. The room was cold.

The overall property was great although the water didn't really flush well in the toilet and washbasin. Maybe it was just the room I was in that had problem. It seems like the problem was not fixable in a day or two since it wasn't solved after we asked the front desk for check. But except those, it was great to stay! The bath tub, shower booth, TV with Netflix capable, and a styler, most of facilities were satisfying. Great place to stay!

I had to pay to check in 2 hours before the actual check in time and the receptionist was very adamant he won't let us check in a minute before 3pm. I was expecting to be checked in without any extra costs as other hotels did so far in South Korea. The toilet flush also was not working often. Otherwise, the bed and rooms was very comfortable and decent sized.

Clean and spacious rooms

Very clean and good hotel, spacious rooms excellent receptionists. Close to metro - 5 or 10 min walk. The breakfast was included in the price but it is poor.

While the lobby doesn’t have a bathroom and both street and narrow reception desk left us a bit skeptical upon our arrival, the rooms we booked were as very good and spacious as advertised and as expected. Breakfast is indeed very limited as per the hotel’s note, however the hotel is only few minutes away from a bustling neighborhood. I recommend this hotel for its very convenient location and its great rooms.

Check in prompt - staff explained everything in English. Cleaning the room is a pre-ask the night before. Asked for bottles of water as well. 2/f is dining area and has microwave and self service water machine. Breakfast sufficient - toast, juice, hot beverage, cereal and corn soup. The room 704 was spacious (bidet toilet, tub and separate shower), laundry room (free use 1 x washing machine and drier). The location is at the bottom of Seomyeon-ro and close to eateries and shops. Nice it’s located in a quiet area. The only issue is Seomyeon streets are dirty / lots of litter! The hotel is worth staying.

ツインの部屋に宿泊しました。フロントは日本語が通じると口コミがありましたが、私が利用した時は日本語を話す方はいませんでした。 部屋は広くて綺麗でした！服を殺菌、乾燥できる機械があり、よく利用させてもらいました。有料のコインランドリーはありますが、使いませんでした。口コミでは、簡単な朝食が食べられるというのを見ましたが、そういう案内はありませんでした。2階のレストランフロアにはウォーターサーバーと電子レンジもありました。 バスルームも広くて、韓国には珍しく大人二人が余裕で入れる湯船もあり、シャワールーム、トイレが分かれているタイプ。湯船は広すぎてなかなかお湯がたまらず、時間のない観光客には厳しいかも…。トイレはウォシュレットで自動洗浄、素晴らしいです！！ 掃除はフロントで頼む必要があります。連泊中1度だけ頼みましたが、冷蔵庫の無料のペットボトル(水)、タオル類、トイレットペーパーなど不足のものが追加されていました。 ただ、ここからが問題あり。恐怖体験でした(涙) 朝4時50分頃、火災報知器が鳴り響きました。警告音と韓国語のみのアナウンスが流れ、警告音からしてこれは危険な状況だと思いながらもアナウンスが聞き取れなかったので翻訳機で聞き取って、"避難してください"という翻訳結果に血の気が引きました。パジャマのまま外に飛び出すと、他のお客さんも外に出ていて、スタッフの女性は1人で焦っていました。(なんで深夜にスタッフが女性一人しかいないの？)スタッフと韓国人宿泊客達がどうしてこうなったのか韓国語で話していたのですが、外国人には何も説明はなく、案内もされず、大丈夫？の声がけもなく、ただ放置されました。消防車やパトカーがやってきて、とても不安でした。安心できるホテルなら、火災があってもなくても、スタッフがお客さんの命を優先して、きちんと避難したか安全確認をしますよね？道路に投げ出された外国の宿泊客たちを放置しないで、英語、せめて韓国語でもいいから状況説明をしますよね？結局、スタッフの喫煙が引っかかってしまったのか、システムエラーなのかわかりませんでしたが、部屋に戻されたあとも警告音は鳴っていました。素敵なホテルでまた泊まりたいと思っていたのに、緊急事態に宿泊客を守るというホテルではなさそうで恐怖を感じて終わってしまいました。ホテルの通常の対応や、設備、掃除等はとても良かったので、本当に本当に残念。

Dårlig service og skittent hotell.

Det var skittent på rommet. Flekker på sengetøyet og masse hår på børste som lå der. Manglet flere lys på badet. Fikk kun små hånd-håndklær, da hotellet ikke hadde badehåndklær til å tørke kroppen med etter dusj. Lite behjelpelig og dårlig service. Snakket engelsk, men forstod ikke noe da vi klagde.
