I like that Hotel Hongdan was so close to the beach and was within walking distance of transport options. It was a nice and quiet hotel with friendly staff. The style is quite modern but I still managed to find my room cosy. Iโ€™d stay there again!

There was a business partner (ํ˜‘๋ ฅ ์—…์ฒด) that was cleaning her car at the hotel, with all 4 doors open. It was a grey SUV. She would not let me pass through to the lobby, I had 3 heavy backpacks all falling off my shoulder, and I had just driven 400km's from Seoul. I also had a carrier that I was pulling along. When I looked at her as if I wanted to pass, she still would not close her doors and let me pass. I had to walk around to the left side of the building to actually walk into the lobby. She was old enough to have a highschool student as a child, so I was shocked she had no clue, manners, class, or consideration. I think her company is a bad example of picking the wrong business partner, because she was more determined to clean her car than to let the hotel guest pass. I could not see the ocean at all. I forgot that I reserved the ocean view, I think the staff did not care that I got the correct room? The room was clean but had a wet rag (or wet dog) smell. I'm not sure if it was due to humidity or the cleaning chemicals, but it was not pleasant, and it was continuous.
