Great customer service!

My two daughters and I loved our stay at Hotel Marcher! The staff and particularly the woman at the front desk was outstanding! She went above and beyond to treat us with kindness and help us with all of our needs! We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would love to stay there again!

Most friendly and helpful staff

Lost my phone on the taxi when getting to the hotel, staff was extremely helpful, went extra miles to help me to contact police, taxi driver and comforted me. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Busan in the future. Room is spacious and location is convenient, very close to the main street.

Wonderful stay here! Well located, easy to get around and about a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Our room was huge, double, even triple the size of other hotels we have stayed in in Korea and Japan. Everything was clean, the only thing was that some of the towels had holes in so could do with being replaced! Room was quiet and has AC too. Beds firm but comfy and we slept well. Staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful. We will stay here again next time we come to Busan.

We stayed at Hotel Marcher for 4 nights in the last week of Jan 2024. We felt very at home at the hotel. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful all through our stay. We felt like we had family looking after us. Housekeeping does a great job and I must thank you for the bidet that keeps the seat warm. The hotel and its rooms were all well maintained, designed and intentionally decorated. We will miss staying here, thank you for your hospitality.

Likely the best location when staying in Busan! Walkability to food stalls and the night market made it easy for our group of 6 to lounge around without having a strict itinerary (or car). Front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful in providing suggestions for food and directions to the beach. Of note, room keys are specific to each room and incur a $200 replacement fee

Wonderful 4 nights

It was a nice stay, with friendly and helpful staff. Able to communicate in limited English with us, through translator app. Response to service requests were prompt. Room was cosy and the toilet is clean. Location is good as it's right beside the BIFF area and various markets.

最高でした

初めて訪れる釜山でした。 飛行機が2時間遅延したうえにイミグレーションが大混雑でホテルに着いたのが深夜になってしまい、チェックインの締切り時間を過ぎていましたが、快くお出迎え頂きました。 予約していた部屋は最上階のロイヤルスイートでしたが、ジャグジーのあるベランダからの眺めは最高です。 床暖(オンドル？)のある部屋は、ゆったりとした造りで快適です。 スタッフは皆さん親切で今回は3泊させて頂きましたが、次回釜山を訪れる際にも是非利用させて頂こうと思います。

私たち夫婦はデラックスツインに泊まりました。 部屋はとても清潔で広いバススペースに大きなバブルバス付バスタブウォシュレットシャ付き、便器を挟んでシャワーワールームまでありました。フロントの女性は優しい方でしたが日本語が出来なくて翻訳アプリでのやり取りが日本人として少し残念！出ると直ぐ繁華街です。格安で泊まれて大変満足でおすすめしたいホテルです。

カントン市場、チャガルチ市場、BIFF通り、どこに行くにも徒歩数分圏内でとても便利です。 ホテルの目の前にセブンイレブンもあります。 フロント奥にいつでも利用できるコーヒーマシンがあったのも嬉しい。 電子レンジやコインランドリーがあったら、もっと便利だったかも。 写真よりは狭く感じたけれど、部屋はとても快適でした。 ジャグジーのお湯はちょっとぬるめでした。 フロントの女性がとても親切で、いろいろな情報を教えてくれました。 釜山に行ったら、また利用したいです。

ホテル周辺は飲屋街や市場で食事、観光に困りません。また、甘川文化村や松島行きのバス停等も近く観光に便利でした。また、ホテルの部屋も広く、清潔で、スーツケース等も広げられ快適に過ごせました。 ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、嫁が携帯をタクシーに置き忘れて、困っていた時も、親身に対応していただき、無事に携帯が戻ってきました。今度、プサン来る時も是非利用したいです。
