The digital check in was not easy to figure out. Had to get help from other guests to enter building. Quality of beds and sofa was less than the rest of the unit. We would have enjoyed our stay more if beds and sofa were more comfortable.

체크인 데스크가 없습니다. 도착 후 안내는 문자정보에 의존해야 하며 담당자 전화 통화는 되지만 여전히 불편한건 어쩔수 없는 듯합니다. 가족영행을 위한 공간으로는 괜찮으나 첨 가시는 분은 불충분한 안내에 당황할 듯 합니다. 다 아시겠지만 생활형 숙박시설이며 호텔같은 서비스는 없습니다. 미리 담당자와 사전 통화로 충분히 정보 확인하시고 가실것을 추천합니다. 룸 시설 자체는 새 건물이라 좋습니다.

신랑이 여태 가본 숙소 중 가장 마음에 들었대요 원래 살던 집 같은 느낌이었고 롯데월드를 이용하는데는 최고의 자리인거 같습니다 숙소에서 롯데월드가 잘 보여서 아이들도 너무 좋아했어요 뭐하나 부족함 없어서 만족합니다

트리플룸의 온돌방(침대없는 방)의 침구류는 세탁등 검점이 안되어있어 머리카락이 좀 많이 그대로 붙어있었습니다. 침구류, 세면타월등은 사용여부와 상관없이 새것으로 비치해주시면 좋겠습니다.
