"Water pressure was a real issue. Virtually no pressure in the shower even after faulty pump was replaced. Had to use pots of water to replenish toilet cistern as it remained empty after use. A guide of sorts explaining off grid to those unfamiliar would be a good idea.Apart from the water issues the house lived up to expectations and Long Beach is a most beautiful place. Regards Michael Wise."
