The Private community comes with lots of amenities nearby including hiking trails, a white sandy beach, access to the lake, indoor heated pool (weekends from Sept to May), Outdoor Heated Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day daily 12-8 pm). The house features a large deck overlooking the lake and again the large 40x20 private fenced-in heated Pool is a big popular amenity for Old Mallard and will open May 15, 2026. The game room with its professional size ping pong table, foosball table, mini fridge and TV area is sure to please everyone...you can challenge your kids to a competitive game of old school Galaga in our retro Nintendo NES system with 450 games.

Old Mallard on Eagle Lake, is a private retreat in the Pocono Mountains. The property is very private with a wooded empty lot next to our home and only 78 steps to your private large dock, easy walk to the sandy beach and playground, ideal for the little ones to play and be able to gradually walk into the water.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to enjoy nature at its finest on our pristine lake. You'll be able to fish for bass, pike or sunfish that are all friendly! Bring the family down to the water with you as they will surely have fun exploring this beautiful setting while seeing some amazing scenery too-the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises...I guarantee it!

Nearby attractions include Tree Ventures for climbing and ziplining, Childs Park for more hiking, Bushkill Falls (The Niagara of PA) and the Delaware River for canoeing. If you want to stay home and do nothing, we have everything for you. Use our canoe and kayak for free, swim in our motor-free lake, see if you can do one lap, it's about 1 mile around. Great fun for all and very well kept. Plenty of pillows and blankets to cozy up. We look forward to hosting you at Old Mallard. You might get lucky and see some wildlife also from the property. For runners, this area has some challenging and very low-traffic hills and roads for your enjoyment. The deer will be your fans on the route.
