"This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The hotel staff were very helpful with all our questions. The location was fantastic. You can walk right out of the hotel and catch the tram to the airport to the city center, or to the train station. It was so convenient. The bathroom set up was a little unorthodox because the sink and shower are right in the room and there was not a separate area. If you are traveling with friends, this could be awkward. Overall, if you need a place to stay by the airport in Zurich, this is the hotel for you."

You can grab all your transport passes and tickets right from the hotel lobby or reception, which is really handy. And seriously, the entrance to Kloten station and the bus stop for the airport is ridiculously close! You can get to Zurich HB in just 10 minutes."

The room had hardwood floors, low bed, padded shower chair, roll under sink and grab bars. The resturant is wheelchair accessible via the kitchen. The executive lounge in not wheelchair accessible. The airport shuttle is a sprinter van and not wheelchair accessible if you cannot transfer out of your wheelchair."
