About this property

Amira Vista - Views of Eagle Bay

  • Please note: Some furnishings, linen and artwork may differ slightly from the current photos while we await our professional photoshoot.

Sleeping up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and six beds, the home offers plenty of space for families and groups. Three bedrooms have private ensuites, including two with beautiful ocean views and one with a spa bath. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom and enjoy tranquil bushland views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and column heaters.

Guest linen and bath towels are included, as well as, bathroom essentials such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.

At the heart of the home is a huge, air-conditioned open-plan living space designed for everyone to come together. Challenge each other to a game of pool, curl up beside the double-sided fireplace in cooler months with a book from the library, or simply settle in and enjoy the outlook. The fully equipped entertainer’s kitchen and dining area take in breathtaking views across the treetops to the ocean beyond.

Kitchen essentials including salt, pepper, tea, sugar and olive oil are provided, along with a starter supply of coffee pods and paper towel to make settling in that little bit easier.

Step outside and choose from multiple spaces to relax and entertain, including a huge undercover pergola or the dedicated BBQ area, complete with two BBQs and a large rustic dining table — perfect for long lunches and relaxed evenings together.

Set across more than three acres of natural bushland, fruit trees, manicured gardens and generous lawns for the kids to play, there’s a wonderful sense of space and seclusion. Eagle Bay Beach is just an easy five-minute stroll away, with Bunker Bay and Meelup close by and Dunsborough town within a 10-minute drive.

Beach towels can be arranged through your host with advance notice for an additional fee.

One travel cot and high chair are provided at no additional charge. Additional travel cots and high chairs can also be arranged through your host with advance notice for an additional fee.

Please note: The teppanyaki grill in the kitchen is switched off at the mains and is not available for guest use.

Guests have access to the whole house, except for the locked studio and a few locked storage cupboards. You are free to roam the property but please be aware there is an unfenced water catchment (dam) area on the property so please supervise children at all times.

Self check-in with Smart Lock. Host is contactable by phone or through the booking site message thread.

    Neighborhood
Eagle Bay is a small, exclusive coastal enclave at the tip of Cape Naturaliste with white-sand beaches and clear, sheltered waters on Geographe Bay. The vibe is relaxed and upmarket—holiday homes, beach access, coastal bush and short drives to Dunsborough for cafes, retail therapy and restaurants. Key nearby points: Eagle Bay beach, Bunker Bay, Meelup Regional Park, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse. Yallingup Beach and the Margaret River wine and cave attractions a short drive south.

    Getting around
Car is the most practical option — streets are low-density and attractions/shops are spread out. Dunsborough (6–10 min) has groceries, cafes and local services; Busselton (25–35 min) has larger shops and the long Busselton Jetty. Busselton Margaret River Airport (Yalyalup) is the nearest airport (about 35–45 minutes by car). Limited local public transport — regional buses and TransBusselton routes serve Dunsborough/Busselton but may not directly serve Caladenia Close; taxis, rideshares and private transfers operate from the airport. Walking and cycling are excellent for short local trips and beach access, but distances to towns are easier by car.

Unfenced dam (water catchment) on property - please supervise children at all times.
The built teppanyaki grill in the kitchen is not for guest use.
An initial supply of fire- wood for the indoor fireplace is supplied in cooler months (May-November). Extra wood can be pre-purchased from True South Escapes with at least 5 days notice before arrival or purchased from petrol stations.
Power outages are rare but do occasionally happen in the Southwest region. The electric water tanks will cease working in a power outage, which means no water supply to the house. We provide battery operated lanterns and a small supply of bottled emergency drinking water in these circumstances. If the power outages lasts more than 24 hours, guests will offered alternate accommodation (if available) or a refund of nights not used only.
