Grasstree Views is a fantastic holiday home offering mesmerising 180-degree views of native grasstrees, rolling farmland, tall trees and hills. After a day at the nearby beach, sit and watch the kangaroos as they come to graze on the lawn below or just relax on the deck, by the fire or curl up with a good book. This house is very comfortable and really well equipped for couples and small families. There is air-conditioning in the main living area for heating (in addition to the wood fire) and cooling for summer.
A long verandah runs the length of the home and features two separate outdoor seating areas to soak up the views. Large glass doors and windows mean you can also enjoy the best of these views from the living areas and luxury master bedroom.
The modern kitchen has everything you need and more for a self-catering stay as well as a Nespresso pod coffee machine.
The layout of the single-level home is quite practical. The open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area is separated from the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry by a hallway with a sliding door. The master bedroom is located at one end of the house and separated from the other bedrooms by a laundry and bathroom, further along the hallway.
Less than 15 minutes’ drive south of Dunsborough and Yallingup, Grasstree Views is conveniently located close to Studio Bistro art gallery and restaurant and also close to many of the Margaret River and Yallingup region’s wineries and wedding venues.
The closest beaches are Smiths Beach and Yallingup Beach, both of which are highly recommended for swimming and surfing. There’s also Ngilgi Cave to explore as well as the nearby towns of Yallingup, Dunsborough and Margaret River.
Bedroom and bathroom linen is included however please bring your own beach towels. Pets not permitted.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than six people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).
Coastal midges and mosquitoes are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night. We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant.

The house was lovely, a bit smaller than we were expecting but still perfect size for our family of four. The views over the valley were gorgeous and plenty of room for the kids to go discovering and looking for wildlife. Amenities were good, the owners were great to deal with as well.
This property was amazing from the minute we pulled up we knew we were going to be in for a peaceful weekend. The views at this property were simply amazing. Loved the evenings by the fire watching the kangaroos. Property had everything you could possibly need
A cozy little place situated in a very scenic valley. Facilities are basic yet adequate.
House was too small for our needs. Only having one toilet and bathroom was some what difficult. No dryer also was a problem as we were there in the wettest time of the year. A basic house and beds too small our kids slept in lounge on the floor. Great location saved the holiday.
Our 3 night stay at this property was great. Situated on a valley overlooking trees, it felt peaceful and secluded yet location was also close enough to get to many wineries and restaurants and Dunsbrough less than a 10 min drive away.

We had a great stay at Grass Trees. It is located in the perfect spot - close to everything, but you feel like you are away from it all. Very comfortable and well appointed house - perfect for families.
A beautiful home and location where we completely switched off. Well equipped with all that we needed, loved the deck area to relax at night gazing up at the stars and waking to seeing kangaroos in the morning. Beautiful touch also with property manager contacting us on day of arrival to welcome us! Will be back again for sure, and shared this place with friends.
