Great welcome. Wonderful location. They prepped the fire pit and we were able to enjoy the evening. Next morning we had breakfast with a few Roos bouncing past.

Tranquil, well furnished Chalet, great owners, very welcoming. Complimentary bottle of their beautiful Island Brook SSB was a wonderful surprise. Wine tasting at Cellar door and just a beautiful place close to Margs and wineries. Loved it will be back again.

Lovely spot in a forest setting. Quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately taking a shower was a very hazardous process owing to the design of the bath below it.

It was a nice chalet. Just minor item is the doors couldn’t close. And bathroom lock not functioning. Excellent natural setting. A place to spend time with nature

Disappointing

We stayed here for four nights to visit & explore the Margaret River. Overall, we were very disappointed by the property given the price point. The location was atmospheric in the woodland, and was quiet apart from some music that could be heard from nearby. The furniture was comfortable and it was very clean. When contacted about a broken light, the property manager was quick to respond although did not complete all the repairs we reported. However, there were several things that really fell below expectations and made the property feel cheap. The kitchen had no oven and no condiments or cooking supplies whatsoever — not even salt and pepper. The knives were blunt, the kitchenware was cheap and worn-out. Only one bin-bag was provided. There was no welcome pack, no information about the local area, and no in-person welcome. Overall we would not recommend this property.

The spa was great, but had to close the blinds as the next chalet could see directly into the bathroom.
