    With its blend of modern comforts, eco-conscious design, and a welcoming atmosphere, this home offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable South West getaway. Inside, the open-plan living and dining area offers comfortable seating for six and a fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere during cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meal preparation, from a coffee machine and dishwasher to cookware, utensils, and plenty of storage for your own ingredients. Ceiling fans throughout the home provide comfort in summer, while oil heaters and the fireplace ensure warmth in winter.

    The outdoor space invites you to enjoy alfresco dining with a table for six, a gas BBQ, and a spacious lawned area. A fire pit provides the perfect setting for stargazing on cooler nights, though guests are reminded to observe fire restrictions during the restricted burning season.

    This home features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe with ample storage, bedside tables, a ceiling fan, and a private ensuite bathroom. An attached office also allows for remote work. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and wardrobe space, while the third bedroom has two single beds, making it perfect for children. Both secondary bedrooms share a main bathroom equipped with a shower, bath, and vanity, with a hairdryer provided for your convenience.

    The property also includes a functional laundry with a washing machine and cleaning supplies, as well as an outdoor clothesline for drying. Please note, there is no air conditioning or clothes dryer at this property.
    During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Meelup Regional Park offers scenic walking trails with breathtaking views, while nearby bike paths are perfect for leisurely rides. Explore the Margaret River wine region with its renowned wineries, breweries, and gourmet delights, all within a short drive. For families, Dunsborough offers mini-golf and wildlife experiences, while fishing enthusiasts can try their luck along the shore.

    Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

We enjoyed our stay -- the house located in a nice quiet location. We expected a bigger supply of firewood for first night. A large column heater for sitting room - dinning room would helped for those cold mornings.
