    Surrounded by manicured gardens and an expansive front yard, this charming home offers a peaceful stay nestled beside Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club. Come together in the open-plan living area where raked ceilings and natural light create a warm and inviting space. The stylish lounge offers plush seating and a relaxing atmosphere, flowing effortlessly onto the front timber-decked alfresco, which enjoys stunning easterly views over manicured lawns to the estate’s shared tennis court and courtside gazebo. You’re welcome to enjoy the court at any time—whether for a casual match or to watch a local tournament with fellow holidaymakers.

    The contemporary kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances, generous bench space, and an adjoining dining area—perfect for shared meals and entertaining. The backyard is a standout feature—fully fenced with lush hedges, and a vast lawn area, perfect for kids and pets to play. The covered outdoor entertaining space includes a dining area, BBQ, and ambient lighting, making it ideal for relaxed evenings under the stars. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but all pets must remain outdoors.

    The light-filled primary bedroom is positioned at the rear of the home, offering built-in wardrobes, an ensuite, and direct access to the backyard via glass sliding doors. This clever configuration allows you to retreat to your own space while still enjoying everything the home has to offer. The southern wing, connected by a central entrance breezeway, houses the remaining three bedrooms and main bathroom. Bedrooms two and three both offer double beds, while the fourth bedroom features a queen bed.

    Ample parking is provided on the driveway and in the two-car garage. Air-conditioning throughout ensures comfort year-round while in-unit laundry allows you to catch up on washing.
    During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

    Located in the exclusive "The Enclave Estate," this home offers unbeatable convenience. Less than a 10-minute walk takes you to Dunsborough Town Centre, where you’ll find an array of cafés, boutique shops, and pubs. The stunning coastline is also within walking distance, perfect for a morning swim or a scenic sunset stroll. For golf lovers, the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club is just a short walk away, while wine enthusiasts can take a short drive to explore the award-winning wineries of Margaret River. Prefer a guided experience? Local tour operators can pick you up from your doorstep for a day of tasting and exploring.

Loved the stay

Excellent location to beaches and shops/restaurants. Very spacious and safe backyard for family BBQ and kids playing. The kitchen and laundry are well-equipped with all we need. The beds and pillows in the bedrooms are very comfy. It would be even better if the bathrooms had shampoo and shower gel for convenience. A wall clock in the kitchen/dining area will also be helpful. Thank You!

Wonderful house Incredible Service

I recently stayed at the Enclave for a few nights, i needed something big enough for my family including our dog. This properly is incredibly spacious and well maintained, it is in an Excellent location and the service is impeccable. As i was down for work commitments but wanted to also take the opportunity to have a few days to relax with the family the length of our stay kept extending, the team was incredibly efficient in getting back to my last minute request and always happy to help. Thank you for making what could have been very stressful very relaxing and enjoyable.

Beautiful, relaxing stay in Dunsborough

What a beautiful place to stay in Dunsborough. Perfect location, close to everywhere you need to go for everything. Quiet place to relax. Huge backyard and well looked after garden with a bonus tennis court just in front of the house. We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to be able to come back here again 💛

Staying in The Enclave

Lovely, comfortable home in a very quiet location with a large backyard for the dog and outside sitting areas. Beautifully situated for accessing the beaches, bakeries, wineries and eateries in the region. It rained, showers, but we were still able to walk the dog twice a day with easy access to a reserve. Loved it!

Beautiful serene place

Private and quiet house. Well presented and clean. With 4 kids it was excellent having the tennis court to use. Suggest advertising that you have supplied tennis rackets. Would also use a wifi extender for back room as kids are in heaven if they have wifi in bed. Rest of the house had excellent wifi. Loved our stay, thanks.

Quiet location and fabulous property

Clean and well set-up and set-out property in a lovely quiet location, with the bonus of a tennis court right next door. Beautiful gardens and huge green grassed backyard for playing backyard cricket. Would definitely stay here again.
