The Space:

Expansive windows fill the interiors with natural light, while the spacious layout offers plenty of room for both shared moments and quiet retreat.



At the heart of the home, the open-plan living area invites you to settle into comfortable lounges for movie nights or relaxed afternoons, with a second living space providing extra flexibility for families and groups. The seamless connection between the living, dining and outdoor areas makes it easy to spend time together while still enjoying plenty of space. A dedicated double workspace offers a practical setup for guests balancing work and leisure.



The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners, with a generous island bench, quality appliances and ample preparation space. Gather around the dining table for shared meals before sliding open the doors to the covered patio, where a BBQ and outdoor dining setting overlook the fully fenced grassy yard.



The primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a king bed and private ensuite. A second bedroom features a queen bed, while two additional bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed, making the home well suited to families or groups travelling together. The main bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a standalone bath, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the coast. A separate laundry adds convenience for longer stays, while ducted climate control, garage and driveway parking complete a comfortable and effortless holiday experience.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Located along Kawana Boulevard in a peaceful pocket of Dunsborough, this home places you within easy reach of the region's best experiences. Enjoy a leisurely walk to Simmos Ice Creamery for a local favourite, or take a short drive into Dunsborough's town centre for boutique shopping, cafés including Merchant & Maker, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Spend your days swimming in the calm waters of Geographe Bay, exploring Yallingup's renowned beaches, or discovering nearby wineries and breweries, including Eagle Bay Brewery. Scenic coastal walks, whale watching tours and the Cape to Cape Track are all just a short drive away, making it easy to experience the best of the South West.



Getting Around:

Parking: Parking is available in the garage and the driveway.



Airport: 30 minutes by car.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.





Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.





School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.





Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Please note that infants must be included in your TOTAL guest count, in compliance with the city regulations and STRA licensing.
