"First off , the staff.. so so amazing. I had gotten food poisoning from a tour I did, and they were so helpful keeping me hydrated and had tablets to let me enjoy my vacation. The food options were great, many options. This can just be your stay without ever visiting town. The view was jaw dropping everyday. Aircon was strong , even had to turn it off it got so cold. Room was well kept , and no issues with mosquitos unless you kept door open. Cons might be the cost of getting into town, cost 2.5k per way. So plan for that cost as fuel prices are taking a toll on transport. Also there is a 22 percent tax on all food, but the prices of food are cheap enough that you don’t notice. The complaints I see online don’t seem fair. They are very misguided. This is a five star stay. They have great activities , and amazing amazing spa. Only $15 for the top massage for 2 hours and scrub. I will stay here again, only difference is I’ll rent a car as you are hour outside of coron town."

"The hotel was nice but a lot of things weren’t working during our stay! We were there for 3 nights and for 2 the hotel had no wifi. This was tricky since we are from out of the country. We couldn’t contact family, look up places to eat, or use maps/gps to get into town. There was no hot water in the shower which I guess is a small thing but still missed haha. The beds are really tough! Not soft at all. They also charge you for airport transfer per person while everywhere else we stayed had it included! The staff was really nice, the pool was clean, and the food at the restaurant was good. "

"Our stay at Pearl Vista De Coron was an amazing experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained pool areas and clean, comfortable rooms that made it easy to unwind after long days of exploring Coron. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything spotless and guest-ready, which we really appreciated. What truly elevated our stay, though, was the staff. A special shoutout to Ali at the front desk who was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome. We’d also like to recognize the evening bartenders, who created such a fun and inviting atmosphere, as well as the breakfast staff, who were consistently warm and attentive each morning. We also want to give a huge thank you to the security guards, who went above and beyond every single day. They always made sure we got back safely to our room, especially at night, which gave us a real sense of comfort and peace of mind throughout our stay. "PROS: ULTRA secluded, most quiet location by the ocean that you might ever find, with a very chill vibe. Half mile long white fine sandy beach, which often you will have all to yourself due to the closure/ bankruptcy of the neighboring resort. The locals in this region are very friendly, and will actually acknowledge and smile to tourists. Hot water and A/C are available. Good road around the island, but some steep hills. Our tricycle with luggage did not make one of them. The ladies/ hostesses are super charming and try very hard to meet all of your needs. CONS: No Red Horse beer. Ultra secluded. If you don't have a vehicle, you are at the mercy of the host for food and food prices. While the hostesses try their very best, they are understaffed, lack training and leadership. Food was mediocre. They need a true chef on staff that is willing to multi-task. Road signage is mediocre. The facilities are aged, in need of maintenance, past its best before date. Hot water and pressure for showering must be requested each time. This resort has enormous potential, but is passed due for new management, with the energy and drive to take this resort to its full potential. A percentage of profits, if any, needs to be reinvested each month on repairs and maintenance. OVERALL: If you are looking for the ultimate in quiet and seclusion, with just basic facilities, this might be your place. Bring food/ snacks/ drinks. If you are looking for luxurious and fine cuisine, this might not be for yo"
