Super Wohnung in bester Lage!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist Klasse gelegen, keine 5 min. bis zur Einkaufsmeile und auch bis zum Wasser ist es nicht weit. Super sauber, top ausgestattet, nichts was wir vermisst haben. Sehr netter Kontakt, wenn noch Fragen offen waren. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Perfekte Lage

Pros: Sauberkeit der Wohnung, tolle Lage, hell und freundlich Cons: Sauberkeit des Balkons und der Balkonmöbel ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die DG Wohnung war bereits im Mai sehr heiß, im Sommer möchte ich da nicht sein. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Die Wohnung im ganzen ist sehr hellhörig in einem 8 Parteien Haus.

Pros: Die Lage ist wirklich super, man kann alles sehr gut per Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist schön und es ist von allen ausreichend vorhanden. Cons: Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind schon recht klein, so dass man die Koffer im Wohnzimmer unterstellen muss.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, rundum wohlig!

Pros: Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Seeeeehr hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeber. Super Lage. Ich habe mich sehr gerne dort aufgehalten. Cons: Im Badezimmer wenig Ablagefläche. Da ich allein gereist bin konnte ich das Regal, welches im 2. Schlafzimmer steht und PERFEKT in die Nische im Bad past, nutzen. Dies ist nicht als Kritik zu werten, vielmehr als Anregung) Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Kein Aufzug im Haus.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Pros: Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Wohnung mit kurzen Wegen zur Innenstadt und der Nordsee. Sie befand sich trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Lage . Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Cons: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock. Man kann sie nur über eine Treppe erreichen, was unserem Mitreisenden etwas schwer gefiel, da er körperlich sehr eingeschränkt ist.

Schöne Wohnung und super Lage!!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist dort zu finden. Super netter Kontakt und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Lage ist einfach der Hammer! Man ist in zwei min zu Fuß direkt in einer Einkaufspassage mit sämtlichen tollen Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Der Hafen und das Meer sind auch alles Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir werden wiederkommen:) Cons: Nichts!

Perfekte Lage, nette Gastgeber

Pros: Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage wirklich unschlagbar. Cons: Die Wohnung war leider dauerhaft klamm, wenn die Heizung nicht aufgedreht war, im Bad gab es keinerlei Ablagefläche, die Matratzen in beiden Zimmern zu weich, bei jeder Bewegung hat es geknarrt, es gab keinen Föhn und - was das schlimmste war - freitags und samstags gegen 21:30 wurde mehrfach von unten geklopft bis wir wirklich nur noch geflüstert haben (wir haben uns vorher auch nur in Zimmerlautstärke unterhalten und mal gelacht), morgens von unten auch sehr, sehr laut ab 06h. Wünschenswert wäre eventuell ein zweiter Haustür- und Wohnungsschlüssel, wenn man mal getrennt rausgeht, auf die Nachfrage ob sowas möglich sein, gab es vom Hausmeister leider keine Reaktion.

Schöne Wohnlage, direkt um die Ecke beginnt die beliebte Hauptstraße

Pros: Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung bietet vollen Komfort und ist sehr angenehm" hyggelig" eingerichtet. Gute Auswahl an Informationsschriften und Bücherschrank . Strand, Hafen, Schwimmbad, viele Restaurants sind in relativer Nähe und angenehm zu erreichen.
