Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und mit dem extra Bad am 2. Schlafzimmer perfekt für den Familienurlaub mit Oma und Opa im Gepäck. Sauna, Schwimmbecken und Fitnessstudio haben uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten, die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Einziges Manko war die Raumtemperatur- für unseren Geschmack war es zu warm.

Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienanlage, gute Lage, gepflegt, beste Ausstattung. Mit der großzügigen Wellnessanlage (Schwimmbad, 3 Saunen, Dampfbad, Fitnessraum, Ruheräume etc.) kann selbst manch Wellnesshotel nicht mithalten. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir haben bereits wieder gebucht.

Sehr sehr schöne, neue, moderne Ferienanlage. Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet (hochwertige Markengeräte z.B.), was man so im Urlaub braucht, für sich und die Familie. Lage der gesamten Ferienanlage TOP! - ca. 10 Gehminuten über den Deich zum Hafen - ca. 10 Gehminuten ins Zentrum - ca. 2-3 Gehminuten über den Deich zum Spielplatz. - ca. 5 Gehminuten zum nächsten Bäcker (Mühlenbäcker) gleich um die Ecke. Unbedingt einen Platz in der Tiefgarage buchen!!! Der Preis ist Fair, die Tiefgarage groß, hell und geräumig. Stellplätze auch für ein SUV groß genug. Ausreichend Plätze vorhanden. ACHTUNG!! Die Höhe ist nicht geeignet für Fahrräder auf Dachträger!! Normale Dach-Transportbox kein Problem!! Ein- und Ausfahrt ist etwas Tricky! Vorsichtig und langsam fahren, dann passt alles. Wer hier sparen will, spart am falschen Ende. Es gibt zwar ein paar wenige Stellplätze für das Be- und Entladen der Fahrzeuge, diese sind aber nicht zum Dauerparken geeignet (Knöllchen!!). Ansonsten ist der nächste Parkplätz relativ weit weg. Der Fahrradkeller ist groß, aber dennoch zu klein. :-( Mit Fahrrädern, Cruisern und Fahrradträgern wird es schnell voll und eng. Hier wäre ein zweiter Keller wünschenswert. E-Lade-Säulen gibt es "noch" nicht in der Tiefgarage, sind aber (so wie ich gehört habe) in Planung. E-Autos können aber beim AVC (Am Bauhof) geladen werden. Genug Schnellladesäule sind vorhanden. Der Eindruck vom Apartment an sich ist sehr POSITIV!! Verbesserungsvorschläge habe ich direkt dem AVC geschickt. Das geht nicht in die Bewertung ein!! Groß. Geräumig, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Dunkle Möbel in Holzoptik. Ist Geschmackssache. Uns hat es gefallen. Ein "kleines Bad" mit großer Dusche am Elternschlafzimmer. Ein "großes" Bad mit viel Platz für die Familie. Allerdings innen gelegen, ohne Fenster nach außen. Lüftung funktioniert aber hervorragend. 2 Schlafräume jeweils mit Doppelbett, Schrank und TV ausgestattet. 1 Schlafraum mit Doppelstockbett und Schrank ausgestattet. Trotzdem kann noch ein weiteres Babyreisebett (entweder mitbringen oder vor Ort mieten) problemlos im Raum gestellt werden. Platz ist vorhanden. Der SPA-Bereich mit kleinem Schwimmbecken, Fitnessraum, Sauna und Ruhebereich kann komplett kostenlos genutzt werden. Richtig gut!! Überall stehen Kühlschränke mit Getränken bereit. Sollte kein Personal vor Ort sein, ist Selbstbedienung. Es liegen Listen aus, in die man das Verzehrte auf Vertrauensbasis, eintragen kann, um es später abzurechnen. Finden wir sehr bemerkenswert und hoffen, dass dies nicht zu sehr "ausgenutzt" wird. Leider negativ ist die Lage dieses Apartments 1 Haus 1: Es ist direkt das erste Apartment am Haupteingang. Entsprechend laufen alle Gäste der Ferienanlage daran vorbei. Wenn man die Fenster zum Lüften auf hat, kann praktisch jeder direkt reinschauen (im Extremfall könnte auch ein anderer Gast ohne Probleme ins Apartment gelangen oder etwas herausnehmen). Die großen Mülltonnen werden denn entsprech
