The detached holiday home “Nordseebrise” offers you a first-class North Sea holiday in a space of approximately 88 m² spread over two floors. Built in 2021 in a Scandinavian style, it combines modern design, high-quality amenities, and a wonderfully relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Located on the south-facing outskirts of the NordseeResort—a particularly beautiful area of the complex—you’ll find the perfect place here to settle in, take a deep breath, and enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

On the ground floor, an open-concept living and dining area awaits you, offering plenty of natural light, cosiness, and stylish comfort. Here, next to the fireplace, you’ll find a comfortable, pull-out corner couch where you can relax after an eventful day. The large 50-inch smart TV with Magenta TV and Netflix ensures top-notch entertainment. The spacious, extendable dining table is perfect not only for shared meals but also for fun game nights or cosy family time.

The modern, high-quality kitchen is also located on the ground floor and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Among other things, a washing machine and a dishwasher are available, so you can enjoy a completely stress-free holiday.

Another highlight is the ground-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower and an infrared sauna. Especially during the colder months, the North Sea Breeze is a truly special retreat: a fireplace, underfloor heating, a bathtub, and a sauna create a soothing, cosy atmosphere, making the house an ideal destination for relaxing holidays by the North Sea even in the fall and winter.

Upstairs, there is a second bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing moments. You’ll also find two cosy bedrooms here, where up to 4 people can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. One bedroom is furnished with a large box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and the other with two single box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms also feature smart TVs where you can enjoy Magenta TV or Netflix.

The Nordseebrise is particularly well-suited for a safe and relaxing holiday with young children. A separate travel cot for toddlers, a high chair, seat cushions, and two portable safety rails for the box-spring beds are available. In addition, safety guards are installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs to ensure toddlers’ safety.

From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing, furnished terrace overlooking the green spaces of the residential area behind the property. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee, breathe in the fresh North Sea air, or spend relaxing evenings barbecuing.

The location also speaks for itself: Perlebucht is just a few minutes’ walk away and invites you to enjoy days at the beach, walks, and pleasant moments by the water. Especially nice for families is the new, modern playground in the heart of the resort, where little guests can play to their heart’s content.

The house comes with a free parking space as well as a private, lockable shed where you can safely and conveniently store bicycles or water sports equipment. If needed, you can also store patio chairs or the Weber grill there.
