The cozy, lovingly renovated and renovated detached house in a prime location of Büsum offers you everything you need for a completely successful holiday on the North Sea coast. The Lütt Huus is completely furnished in a modern country house style. Warm shades in combination with the wooden floorboards also make a rainy day a wonderful holiday.

On an area of approx. 110 sqm, you can expect:

A spacious living-dining area with open kitchen, rustic fireplace, cuddly corner sofa, large smart TV and a cozy dining area with bench (if necessary, high chair), many pillows and space for at least seven people.

Three bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with double bed and a single bed in 1. OG) with enough cabinet space.

Two bathrooms (shower room on the ground floor, full bath with bathtub in 1. OG).

The house is completely furnished in a modern country house style. Warm shades in combination with the wooden floorboards also make a rainy day a wonderful holiday.
The new kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer combination, induction cooker with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with milk frother, coffee machine etc. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. are sufficient and for at least 7 people available.
For a cozy cooking evening with friends and family, there is nothing missing!

The terrace on the approximately 500 sqm plot with south-west orientation is equipped with garden furniture and a gas grill. Thanks to the 5x4 mtr. large awning, which can be easily controlled by remote control, the terrace is a wonderful, secluded place for a full breakfast or a summer barbecue.

On the property there are two parking spaces and enough space to park bicycles. But you will hardly have to move your car, because the location of the "Lütt Huus" could hardly be more central. The North Sea, the center of Büsum with numerous shops and many gastronomic offers, the indoor swimming pool with outdoor pool and the Büsumer harbor are within walking distance in 5 minutes.

In the house is a washing machine. W-LAN is also available.

You are welcome to book bed linen and towels at € 20,00 per person, these will be settled on the spot. It is also possible to book the sauna for € 6,00 per day.

Additional costs:
The tourist tax / guest card must be requested by the landlord according to the law in Büsum. These fees are charged separately Children and adolescents up to 18 years are exempt from the fees.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist super. Man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen.Es könnte aber etwas sauberer sein, vor allem das obere Bad. Ansonsten ist das Haus super ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden.

Der Check in war super einfachDer Schlüssel war vor Ort. Wir hatten das Wäschepaket gebucht. Betten waren sauber und frisch bezogen. Handtücher lagen in den Schlafzimmern. Super wäre noch ein kleines extra Handtuch für die Bäder. Die Küche war sehr sauber. Der Kühlschrank frisch gewischt.So ein sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus findet man selten.

Tolle Wohnung für die ganze Familie

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der große Garten ist ebenfalls ein Plus. Kommunikation und Check-in über die Schlüsselbox liefen problemlos. Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen!

wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Das Haus hat alles geboten, was für uns wichtig war. Darüber hinaus ist es zauberhaft eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Ein Bäcker ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und ein Supermarkt ist lediglich 260 m entfernt.Das beste ist die kurze Entfernung zum Deich, wenn es hochkommt, dann sind es 100 m.Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war die vernachlässigte Terrasse. Bei den Sitzbänken musste man aufpassen, keine unbedachte Bewegung zu machen, sonst wären beide zusammengebrochen. Die beiden Liegen passten leider dazu.Auf der Terrasse wuchs das Unkraut aus den Ritzen zwischen den Platten. Der Gärtner kam und schnitt dieses kurz, aber entfernte es nicht.Die Fensterläden hingen teilweise schief und hätten dringend Farbe verdient. Und zu guter Letzt fielen uns im Garten ganz, ganz tolle Trennwände auf, die leider auch länger nicht gepflegt wurden. Das passte nicht so ganz zum Inneren des Hauses. Schade!

Toller Aufenthalt

Ein wirklich liebevoll und wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus. Tolle Lage. Man kann mit dem Kaffeebecher kurz über den Deich und schon genießt man seinen Morgenkaffee am Wasser. Zentraler geht es kaum, zwischen Bäcker und Edeka. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine. Alles um einen Aufenthalt mit Familie rundum gelassen und erholt mit guter Laune zu genießen. Fetter Dank an den tollen Gastgeber!

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in den Herbstferien in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man kann nahezu alles leicht zu Fuß erreichen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschön und zentral

Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende in Büsum und haben im Lütt Hus unser temporäres Zuhause gefunden. Ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtet Haus mit Garten in zentraler Lage. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß machen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben uns rund um wohlgefühlt! Sollte man dennoch nach Kleinigkeiten suchen, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen könnten, so wären das Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten der Fenster im Obergeschoss und vielleicht ein wenig Kinderspielzeug. So oder so kommen wir gern wieder!

Wohlfühlhaus

Direkt als wir das Haus aufgeschlossenen hatten und eingetreten waren, war klar, hier wollen wir nicht mehr weg. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Leider haben wir den Vermieter nicht kennengelernt, allerdings gab es Anweisungen und wir sind prima zurechtgekommen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und ruhig. Ein schöner großer Garten läd zum bleiben ein. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Objekt in Büsum wählen.

Gemütliches Haus mit schönem Garten und toller Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, wie beschrieben/ auf den Bildern zu sehen. Insbesondere die Lage hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen - das Meer sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Lediglich die Einstellung der Heizungen und die Regulierung des warmen Wassers (gleichzeitig warm duschen oben und unten ist nicht möglich) könnte verbessert werden. Das hat unserem Urlaub allerdings nicht geschadet :) Wir können das Lütt Huus auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Schönes Design im alten Haus - eingeschränkte Empfehlung im Winter

Schön saniertes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Deich, zum Supermarkt & Bäcker, sowie zur Innenstadt. Das Haus ist wie im Portal beschrieben. Die Sauna befinden sich im Schuppen/Anbau und ist über die Terrasse und Garten zu erreichen. Leider mussten wir die gemieteten Bettbezüge selbst aufziehen. Ein Manko besteht: die Thermostatventile der Heizkörper sind funkvernetzt und vom Eigentümer/Verwalter auf feste Temperaturwerte festgeschrieben. Je nach Raum und Tageszeit liegen diese zwischen 17 - 21 Grad. Sofern der Nutzer dies manuell verstellt auf die gewünschte Raumtemperatur (z.B. im Wohnzimmer 23 Grad) wird diese Einstellung nach ca. 2 h wieder mit dem Normwert überschrieben. Im Winter bei Sturm und Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt in einem energetisch ungedämmten Haus problematisch. Der Kamin half dann wenigstens während der Abendstunden. Leider wurde der Mangel nach Beanstandung nicht behoben.

Schön gemütlich ins neue Jahr

Trotz des schlechten Regenwetters war das ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus hat einen tollen Charme, ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und hat uns mit vier Erwachsenen und drei Kindern viel Platz geboten. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und einiges mehr als nur Salz und Pfeffer haben wir vorgefunden. Durch die perfekte Lage waren wir schnell am Meer und auch die nette Büsumer Innenstadt war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch wenn die Lage sehr zentral ist, die Nächte waren ruhig und der Verkehr nicht wahrzunehmen. Vielen Dank auch an das sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Hausmeisterteam. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.
