This high-quality new building is a hideaway in a perfect location, right in the pedestrian zone of Büsum (Alleestraße). The light-filled, 2-room, non-smoking apartment features a Nordic, casual-yet-elegant style.
All furniture has been lovingly selected and is of the highest quality. The custom-built cabinetry and designer pieces create a unique, cosy atmosphere.
Comfortable box-spring beds and hypoallergenic bedding ensure a restful night’s sleep. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

The apartment has a spacious layout: From the hallway, which features a gorgeous built-in closet, you enter the spacious bedroom.
It gets romantic when you gaze at the stars through the skylight from the comfort of your bed. The skylight can be darkened electrically.
From the bedroom, you step directly into the light-filled living room with a smart TV, open kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine.

From the magnificent balcony (southeast-facing), you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Büsum Lighthouse, the museum harbour, and the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian zone.

A parking spot is reserved for you about 100 metres away.

The Strandvilla, a beautiful new building consisting of two apartments (“Meeresglück” and “Hafenglück”), a 73-square-meter hideaway in a perfect location, right in the pedestrian zone (Alleestraße) of Büsum. Just a one-minute walk from the main beach, the Museum Harbour, and the Meerzeit sauna and water park.

The Hafenglück and Meeresglück holiday apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the building.

The apartments are furnished with high-quality furniture and designer pieces. They also feature a Wi-Fi-enabled radio in the bathroom, a Bose sound system with internet radio, smart TVs in all living rooms and bedrooms, a video intercom, Wi-Fi, and a custom lighting system. You’ll sleep like you’re on cloud nine in the back-friendly box-spring beds and allergy-friendly bedding. In addition, all rooms—as well as the spacious, comfortable bathroom—are equipped with radiant floor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired; there’s even a Nespresso machine, so you can feel completely at home. A washing machine, luggage cart, and high chair are also available for free use in the hallway.
