The apartment features three rooms, including two cosy bedrooms and an open, light-filled living area with three floor-to-ceiling double doors leading to the balcony. Here you can relax, eat together, or simply enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. The modern furnishings, including a sofa area, armchair, TV, and dining area, ensure a thoroughly comfortable living experience.

The open kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the living area and equipped with high-quality appliances. You’ll have access to an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher. You’ll also find a coffee maker, a Nespresso espresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster. Dishes, silverware, and all essential kitchen utensils are provided. A practical starter kit makes it easy for you to get started during your stay.

The two bedrooms offer you peace and comfort for restful nights. Public transport is also conveniently accessible, and the train station is just a few minutes’ walk away. A partial ocean view rounds out the attractive location.

To ensure you have everything you need, the apartment is fully equipped. Wi-Fi and three TVs provide entertainment. A washing machine and dryer are available for your personal use.
