Annemaries Nordseehaus right on the dike

This typically northern German brick house is on a large garden plot near the sea or Dike. In the existing premises, everything is included that is needed for your pleasant holiday: bathroom with shower bath, a comfortable and bright living room (with a fold comfortable innerspring sofa bed) and prepared a functional kitchen in food and can also be eaten. Alternatively, is directly connected to the kitchen, a conservatory at where you comfortably eat, drink tea or simply enjoy nature. All rooms are equipped with flow, parquet or laminate flooring. On the large garden plot you also have its own separate area where they can relax, barbecue and can end the day. Garden furniture, table and sunloungers are at your usage and on hot days enjoy a swimming pool for cooling ready.

We are four siblings who inherited the house from our grandparents and a / one of us is available for questions, tips and local problems any time at your disposal. At your request, we will give you recommendations on where to buy good fish, watch a Kuttereihafen, walk, swim and much more can do.

The neighborhood

The North Sea with the beautiful Wadden Sea is ideal for long walks and excursions. She however is limited for bathing, there is in place a separate beach, which is often used by holidaymakers. Regardless of the tide can be bathed in a small lake with fresh seawater seafront. Easily accessible is the beautiful little fishing village Fedderwardersiel, from where also daily trips. In bad weather, you can also visit the place with your kids play barn. The beautiful cities of Bremen, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven invite you to discover.

A free parking lot is located directly at the house. A covered storage for bicycles is also available. Bicycles can be rented cheaply from us or in the neighboring village
