Bewertung Wohnung Heimathafen

Insgesamt eine Unterkunft die für zwei Nächte absolut ausreichend war. Für einen langeren Aufenthalt käme es für uns nicht in Frage. PositivSehr gute zentrale Lage, Kommunikation, NegativZu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten (zweier Couch) für 4 Personen. Bei 6 vorhandenen Schlafplätzen sollten auch ausreichend bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden sein.Im Flur war ein extrem auffälliger sinkender Geruch zu vernehmen.TV Gerät (Receiver) lies sich nicht anschalten, was für uns jetzt zweitrangig war in der kurzen Zeit.

Schöne Fotos die nicht mit der Wirklichkeit über einstimmen.

Bei Ankunft wurde mitgeteilt, dass trotz rechtzeitiger Überweisung der Kosten und Nebenkosten vor Ort kein Geldeingang feststellbar sei, daher auch nicht das vorbestellte Bettzeug und Handtücher vorhanden, wurden dann nachgebracht.Waren erstaunt dass die Wohnung in der 2. Etage war. Haben noch nie so eine schmutzige Wohnung gemietet. Bei persönlicher Übergabe wurden wir explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass wir staubsaugen sollten. Beim Bettenbeziehen festgestellt, dass die Matratzen fleckig und total verdreckt waren, darunter sehr viel Dreck, den wir mit Mühe abgesaugt haben, festgestellt: Staubsaugerbeutel voll. Der Fernseher, technisch mit Fernbedienungen in Gang zu setzen, funktionierte sehr schlecht, kam erst nach ca 20 - 30 Min.mit Bild und Ton, Programme waren nur teilweise aufrufbar. Die Gästekarten und neue Batterien für die Fernbedienungen bekamen wir erst auf Nachfrage am 3. Tag. Ab vierten Tag fiel der Fernseher komplett aus, keine Reaktion auf entsprechende Info Weitergabe. Sehr schade, da die Wohnung sonst groß, hell, ruhig und familiengeeignet ist.

Familienurlaub in Burhave

Der Urlaub hat allen dehr gut gefallen. Das Schwimmbad ist Klasse, sodass wir dehr flexibel bei der Tagesgestaltung waren. War hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Burhave.

Nicht empfehlenswert!

Ausstattung mangelhaft, Sauberkeit mangelhaft, für 5 Erwachsene gebucht aber nur für 3 Personen Besteck in unterschiedlicher Anzahl. Kochgeschirr nicht ausreichend, der E-Herd verdreckt, den mußte ich erstmal säubern, Essgeschirr teilweise nicht in der benötigten Anzahl vorhanden, Teppichboden unzumutbar, die Bettwäsche die sich auf den Betten befand war ebenfalls verdreckt und mehr als unzumutbar. Fernbedienungen für TV Benutzung defekt und ohne Batterien. In dieser FeWo ist eine Grundsanierung erforderlich.

Nicht den Erwartungen entsprechend

In der Beschreibung stand nicht, dass die Wohnung sich im obersten Stock befindet. Die Küche ist mangelhaft ausgestattet. Es gab keine Reibe und auch keine vernünftige Schneidemesser. Der Backofen ist austauschbedürfrig da nicht alle Funktionen vorhanden sind und wenn man auf Unterhitze dreht gibt es einen Kurzschluss. Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert auch nicht. Die Rollladen bei der Terassentür schwergängig. Und eine Klimaanlage würde auch nicht stören. Im großen und ganzem ist es eine schöne Wohnung aber Modernisierungsbedürftig und eher für Familien mit größeren Kindern geeignet.
