    This well-kept roof-only house is located in the popular North Sea holiday park Fedderwardersiel, which lies directly behind the dyke near the shrimp cutter harbour and the marina. The North Sea resort of Burhave can be reached in approx. 5 minutes by car. The house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed on the upper floor, as well as 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, the upper floor can be reached via a room-saving staircase.

    In addition to the spacious living room, which offers a nice large separate dining area, there is a small fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs and dishwasher. The shower room is also on the ground floor.

    Numerous shopping facilities and restaurants in Butjadingen-Burhave, the North Sea lagoon and the play barn in Burhave or the Frisian beach in Tossens ensure that you will never be bored.

    Use of the playground offered by the North Sea holiday park is not included in this booking arrangement. The playground may of course be used during a visit to the holiday park's bistro.

Nicht sehr schön

Die Sauberkeit war unter aller Würde. Im Bad hat man in der Dusche überall Schimmel vorgefunden und in der Duschwanne lagen Haarbüschel rum. Im Waschbecken waren ebenfalls Haare. Im Wohnzimmer/ Essbereich hat sich der Staub gehäuft und unter dem Sofa wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie sauber gemacht. Zusätzlich waren auf dem Sofa überall Flecken wo man garnicht wissen möchte woher diese kommen. Im Schlafzimmer könnten die Matratzen und Decken auch mal erneuert werden, da diese auch mit Flecken versehen sind. Als wir dies bei der Vermietung angesprochen haben wurde uns nur gesagt es sei schon lange keiner mehr im Haus gewesen. Da finde ich es erst recht sehr eklig wenn die Haare im Bad noch aufzufinden sind. Das einzige entgegen kommen von der Vermietung war, dass wir 8 für die Hundeendreinigung zurück bekommen haben. Ansonsten keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Im allgemeinen also sehr schade und nicht zu empfehlen!
