Private: property 300 m2, well-kept garden (not fenced) with lawn. In the complex: reception, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 600 m, grass beach 500 m. Please note: suitable for families.
"Katamaran I", 4-room semi-detached house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2021, modern and cosy furnishings: living room with cable TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC, sep. WC. Heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Box-room. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es gibt für jede Altersklasse was zu machen . Kinder sind sehr Willkommen. Die Preise in den Lokalen noch moderat.

Schöner Urlaub…gerne wieder!

Schöne Unterkunft nicht weit weg von Meer, Watt, Spielplatz, Hundewiese und Städtchen… Unterkunft war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Manche Dinge sind schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck (z.B. Duschkabine 1.Stock). Sollten wir wieder an die Nordsee reisen, werden wir diese Unterkunft wieder in Betracht ziehen. Das einzige was wir bemängeln ist, dass die Unterkunft noch nicht fertig geputzt war und wir länger als warten mussten. W-LAN war sehr schlecht.

Haus in einer Ferienanlage hinter den Dünen

Ein Fahrrad ist sinnvoll, damit Einkäufe nicht zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erledigt werden müssen, da es keine Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe gibt. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Leider funktionierte das WLAN sehr schlecht und es gab kein Eisfach im Kühlschrank. Im Bad im Erdgeschoss gibt es nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschmöglichkeit. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich und die Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmer dunkeln nur wenig ab. Ansonsten hat uns das Haus jedoch sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr geehrte D&H, fliegenden Ameisen hatten sich im Hauswirtschafsraum eingenistet. Da wir samstags angereist sind, konnten wir nicht sofort Hilfe rufen. Die Viecher suchten sich ihren Weg unter der Tür her und hinein in Schuhe, Jacken und barfuß laufen war schier unmöglich...Montagfrüh habe ich Bescheid gesagt (Bestätigung wurde verweigert) und nachmittags kam die Chemiekeule, Kadaver mussten von uns entsorgt werden. Positiv: Raumaufteilung, Lage, Fliegengitter wären von Vorteil. MfG NL...

Sehr sauberes u. wohnliches Ferienhaus.Lediglich die Festigkeit der Küchenbestuhlung und die Einsatzbereitschaft der vorgefundenen Fahrräder könnte verbessert werden.Das Ferienhaus, in ruhiger Lage direkt am Deich, hat einen hohen Erholungswert. Reisetipps: Brenerhaven mi seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Klimahaus, Zoo) ist mit Autofähre schnell zu erreichen, aber auch Ziele in der Nachbarschaft, wie Fedderwardersiel oder Tossens, können mit Rad oder Auto besucht werden.

Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt, 3 Toiletten und 2 Badezimmer (1 oben,1 unten,WC unten).Die Kinderzimmer sind i.O., geräumig mit je 2 Betten und Tisch und Teppichboden. Unten ist allerdings alles alt.Jeder Stuhl wackelt, die Couch ist mit einem Holzstück abgestützt und quischt immer.Die Badewannen Armaturen funktionieren nicht mehr richtig.Von den 4 Fahrrädern sind 3 kaputt. Wir hatten jeden Abend mindestens 10 Mücken im Schlafzimmer,weil kein Gitter davor war. Ich bin der Meinung das man das heute erwarten kann,auch Ferienhäuser kann man alle 10 Jahre mal "überholen".das Haus ist von 1999, und so alt war gefühlt auch alles andere. Ich würde es nicht nochmal mieten.
