Lovingly renovated apartment with large balcony right on the dyke

  • The apartment house Seestern is in a quiet location, right on the dike. There are enough parking spaces in front of the house.

    The apartment is on the mezzanine floor. It is 51 square meters and consists of a large living room with an integrated kitchen, bedroom, shower / toilet and a south-west facing loggia (about 9 square meters).
    The bathroom was completely renovated in early 2019!
    There are 2 sleeping places in the bedroom (double bed) and two in the living room (1 sofa bed with 1.40 m lying area and a pull-out sofa with a lying area of 1.20 m).
    The apartment is comfortably furnished with a flat-screen TV, radio, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

    It is only a few meters to the dike. In a few minutes you are on foot in the place where you will find cafes, restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket. You will also find the Centerparks holiday complex with a fun pool, sauna and much more here.
