type of building: Detached house. size of property: 406m². This is a renovated (2014) A-framed house in the popular North Sea holiday park Fedderwardersiel, on the sun-blessed Butjadingen peninsula, right behind the embankment and near the crab fishing harbour and yacht harbour.
The entrance area has a ramp for wheelchair users and pushchairs. The barrier-free ground floor comprises a living and integrated dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a barrier-free bedroom with two single beds. A flatscreen TV and DVD player are provided in the living room. The bathroom is barrier-free with a walk-in shower. The well-equipped kitchen includes cookware, a dishwasher, an oven, microwave, mixer and sandwich toaster. A matching set of tableware and glasses for at least six people is provided. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and balcony, and another bedroom with two single beds.
There is a sandpit in the garden, where there is ample space to play and run around. A grill and garden furniture are provided for cosy grill evenings.
Supplementary charges such as water and electricity are included in the rental price. We wish you, our family and friends a pleasant holiday. Use of the playground offered by the North Sea holiday park is not included in this booking arrangement. The playground can be used in combination with a visit to the bistro on the holiday park.
It is just 500 metres from the house to the North Sea lagoon, within easy access on foot and by bike. There is a playing barn in Burhave for children. There are many shops, entertainment and restaurants in the nearby towns of Burhave and Tossens, with the so-called Friesenstrand (sandy beach).
