The dike and Friesenstrand beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. On the balcony, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and relaxing moments outdoors. After a day at the beach, your private sauna invites you to unwind and let the evening come to a peaceful close.

**Living & Well-Being**
The open-concept living area feels bright and inviting. In the cosy sofa nook, you can read, watch a film, or simply take a break. Warm colours and natural materials create a pleasant atmosphere. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and open directly onto the balcony. The open kitchen blends harmoniously into the space. You can keep the conversation going while you cook. At the dining area, you can sit together and wind down the day in a relaxed way.

**Sleeping**
In the bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) awaits you, ensuring restful nights. Blackout pleated blinds create pleasant darkness and promote a restful sleep.
The living area also features a high-quality sofa bed with a spacious sleeping surface. It offers plenty of space for two additional guests and provides exceptional sleeping comfort—ideal for children, friends, or family members.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and your own private sauna. Here you can warm up after a walk along the dike or treat yourself to a little wellness break. The combination of shower and sauna provides extra comfort in every season.

**Family-Friendly**
The location near the beach makes a stay with children especially enjoyable. The Frisian beach and the well-known “baby beach” are just a short walk away and offer plenty of space for playing and exploring. A cot and a high chair are provided in the apartment, so you can travel with less luggage. A handcart is also included, making your trip to the beach or family outings easier.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

**Services & Extras**
A parking space right next to the house is included with the apartment. You can store bicycles and e-bikes in a lockable bike shed. Wi-Fi and Smart TV are available free of charge. Check-in is contactless via a key safe. This gives you flexibility when arriving.

**Location & Surroundings**
The holiday rental is located in Tossens on the Butjadingen Peninsula. The dike is just 150 metres away, and the Friesenstrand beach is about 400 metres away. Mudflat hikes, bike rides along the coast, and a visit to Aqua Mundo offer plenty of variety. Day trips to Bremerhaven or Nordenham are also great options.
